I hate moving. I didn’t used to mind it until Ex#1 used to move every year- because he’d find a place with cheaper rent. (and scarier surroundings)
So now since Aime’s moving out we have to move too. Or come up with 335 in rent extra a month. And maybe if I were getting child support it might be something we’d consider, but who the hell know when and if that will ever happen. We could do it… but we’d really like to save some money.
So now we are starting to pack. The books, our bested friends and most prized possessions (except Emma) are all in boxes. And I’m kind of sad to be moving from the house where I was living when Brian and I figured out we were meant for each other. Sad to be leaving the house where he first told me he loved me, where we first lived together. We have so many happy memories here.
And we are also sad that Aime’s moving away. She’s not been here very much but the times she was we were so happy. Everything with Aime was a joy- cooking, eating, watching movies, you name it, we had fun. She was just a lovely person to live with!
It will be good to have our own place, I know that. I just have never been very good with the meetings and the partings.

Oh Ariel, I loved living with you and Brian and Emma too so much. I feel the same way. I don’t want to but feel I need to if that makes any sense. Thank you for saying what you said. I really appreciate you and all you have cooked and done for me. You guys have put many smiles on my face. I love you. Remember this isn’t the end, it’s just the beginning. That sounds like something Brian would say. Doesn’t it? We can always stay in touch and visit. Where there is a will there’s a way.
