So last night at Emma’s Daycare they told me
A: that she was coughing up a storm and could I please not bring her if she was still doing it today,
B: that she had a slight fever,
C: she was wicked cranky and kind of a brat.
Her teacher adores her- she wasn’t saying she’s ALWAYS like that, she was merely pointing out that she was not her usual charming self.
I told her this morning that she wouldn’t be going to school and was treated to a half hour long crying fit:
“I wanna go to school!” cough cough cough. Over and over. This led me to believe I had made the right choice in not taking her to school today.
So Emma is here at work with me, watching a movie and coughing. And coughing. Did I mention the coughing?

I was just thinking of being bored- Not because I am; I was just wondering when the last time I was truly bored.
With nothing to do and nothing that needed to be done.

I wish I had the guts to delete my myspace page.
