Everybody! I have been informed that it is Greek Independence Day- and to celebrate, the downstairs neighbor Dan (who happens to BE Greek, and thus celebrating said holiday) brought up a bottle of “very old” Greek Brandy.
You are supposed to do this as a shot? But I can’t do shots, being of the gagging kind, so I am sipping my shot out of a wine glass.
It is very good.
I’ve only had just a tad, and I think we’ll run down to the pita pit for dinner, as a crunchy veggie filled pita sounds divine! When I return? A picture shall be posted of the brandy. That is right- I will find the camera and actually TAKE A PICTURE.

I love watching the Iron Chef. Cat Cora is my favorite and they always toast the end of the battle with a shot of Ozo. Mmmmm yum!
