Brian is a fly fisherman. He’s kinda snobby about it (In a fun not serious-way he calls the other kind “worm dunkers”- but that doesn’t apply to ocean fishers????)
Anyway, we were freezing out asses off by the river having our engagement pics taken and he reaches down, pics up a rock and hands it to me.
He says “Under the rock you can see the little nests of the bugs my fish like to eat.”
But then of course, we had to pose with “the rock” 
And once again I prove that I BLINK IN EVERY PHOTO.
He makes me laugh and he makes me smile.

- Filters on email so you can send emails from people you hate RIGHT to the TRASH
- Indian food (which I am having for lunch!)
- Putting our first offer on a house – (they will probably say no, but that’s okay, it’s a short sale)
- My little teapot which is full of English Breakfast tea at the moment.
- Having a meltdown over wedding details but Brian still loving me anyway.
The phone story

I put a load of clothes in the washing machine. I put in Brian’s work pants, first removing a wallet, a pen and two quarters. I hung the pants upside down and shook them. I felt all around in them. SOMEHOW I managed to miss his phone.
The washing machine fills up with water. I hear my phone being called from his phone. I hear him pick up my phone, “SHIT” and see him sprint to the laundry room.
His phone is now very clean.
He starts pushing on the screen, and I’m shouting TURN IT OFF TURN IT OFF. He eventually does. Take out the battery! We do.
Rice! We have to put it in Rice! But we are out of rice! I have Quinoa! We put it in quinoa and the quinoa gets in all the little crevasses.. So I spend 15 minutes with tweezers taking it all out.
He says “It’s DEAD” and I say we can TRY and save it. I take it to phone repair store and they SAVE it!
And there was much rejoicing!

Took Excedrin, now feel loopy and slightly nauseated. But my head doesn’t hurt….so that is a positive thing, right?
Who knew you could get a buzz on Excedrin?
