So we found out Monday that to qualify for the special Idaho loan thing we were doing that we BOTH had to take a 4 day class-NEXT WEEK! Which would have put off closing for another week or two. Luckily they offer an online class- for 40 dollars more per person. We bit the bullet [...]

I did, and I’m only slightly ashamed. The inspection came back really good- only a few minor things, he says for a house that is 13 years old it has been well cared for. The appraisal is tomorrow, and things continue to march on slowly… Hoping still to close on the 22nd!
