So technically she was on the floor... I don't know! She's five, so the things she tells me may be the truth, but missing vital information... Ya, I know he's a shitty father, but I have a hard time thinking he's THAT shitty of a father... But Emma is generally a truthful child so I do listen to her. And I'm hesitant to bring it to my attorney's attention, because A:I don't feel like she listened, cared, or gave much time or attention to my case previously- she told me what I wanted to hear up to the last moment (i.e. three days before trial) and B: I still owe her 1800 for THAT!. I don't feel like she did a good job, really at all. So to rack up more of a debt with her makes me feel ill....
