If I ever make it back to freakin’ Idaho again we should go get tattoos together, as we once long ago planned.

My DH made limoncello and it’s a huge pain (getting just the lemon PEEL, No pulp or whatever that white stuff is called) . And then waiting 2 months to find out if you did it right. It turned out awesome, though! We bought some cheap stoppered bottles from World Market and gave a lot of it as gifts.
Oh, and he used totally cheap liquor to make it. You know, the kind that just says “Vodka” on the white label

That’s a super list. I saw Buddha’s Hand at the grocery store a few weeks ago, and I thought, “I should try that!” But it was something like $10 a fruit, so that squelched that idea.

This is a great list.
Funny how many food related goals you have—maybe you should be a chef instead of a nurse when you grow (all the way) up so that people can pay you to taste, eat and prepare delicious things.
I want to get a tattoo with you and Kate, please.

I can help you with a lot of these! We can go to Charleston, get tattoos (it would be my 5th), teach you to knit and we can make jewelry at my aunt’s bead store. Thanks for stopping by my blog and it’s great to internet-meet you!

Love your list. Out of these, I have learnt a bit of French, have had henna on on hands numerous times, eaten Starfruit, learnt Yoga and crushed grapes at a vineyard! Out of all these, getting henna on your hands (hands and feet are ideally the places where they’re applied) should be the easiest.
Mail me your address, I’ll try to post you a henna cone (which is similar to a cake-icing cone – you squeeze it form the top for henna to come out). I’m from Mumbai, India, where it’s available abundantly.
Good luck with striking off everything on your list!
